Welcome to SuriProp. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

SuriProp connects buyers, sellers, renters, agents, developers, banks, notaries, and valuers in the Surinamese real estate market. We provide tools for listing properties, searching, valuations, and transaction coordination, but we are not party to any property transaction.

You agree to provide accurate information, respect other users, and comply with applicable Surinamese law. Listings must reflect real properties; misleading or fraudulent listings will be removed and may result in account suspension.

SuriProp is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or content of third-party service providers. Users transact at their own risk and are responsible for verifying titles, financing, and legal matters with qualified professionals.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
